Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Implement a visionary sales strategy that propels Breezy Point Energy into new markets and enhances our leadership in existing ones.

  • Direct Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to align sales efforts with overall business objectives, ensuring our strategic goals are met.

  • Market Penetration: Identify and pursue high-value opportunities for market expansion, leveraging industry insights and personal expertise to win strategic deals.

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and positioning Breezy Point Energy as a trusted partner in renewable energy solutions.

  • Sales Execution: Collaborate with the sales team, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.

  • Industry Expertise: (Not required). Utilize knowledge of the renewable energy industry, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), to enhance client discussions and close deals.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure that our offerings meet market demands and client needs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic or executive sales role.

  • Proven Success: A distinguished track record of driving significant revenue growth and closing complex, high-value deals in competitive markets.

  • Executive Presence: Ability to influence and build relationships at the highest levels, both internally and externally, with a strong executive presence.

  • Strategic Acumen: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to navigate complex market dynamics and customer landscapes.

  • Independent Drive: Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve ambitious sales goals.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
